Sviluppo di un kit di strumenti per i progettisti per organizzare la considerazione del significato previsto degli artefatti.
Particolare enfasi è posta sul processo di pensiero, sul dialogo e sull'uso della semantica che i consumatori tipicamente associano alla comprensione dell'artefatto progettato.
