Cyber and innovation as keys to new lunar exploration

Department of Design of Politecnico di Milano will take part in the Second Italian-Estonian Space Cooperation Conference, organized by the Embassy of Italy in Tallinn in collaboration with ICE Stockholm.
On this occasion, Annalisa Dominoni will speak as a lecturer together with Benedetto Quaquaro, contributing to the international dialogue on space technologies and the shared research perspectives between Italy and Estonia.
The 2025 edition of the Conference will focus on some of the most innovative and strategic themes in the space sector:
- the HALO module, the habitat and logistics core of the Lunar Gateway station, developed by Thales Alenia Space in Turin;
- space cybersecurity;
- the development of nanosatellites, with a special focus on the new Space Factory 4.0 in Rome.
The event will bring together entrepreneurs, academics, and institutional representatives from Italy and Estonia, offering an important opportunity for discussion on future scenarios in space research, innovation, and technologies.
