Le Macchine utili di Bruno Munari

Spazio Munari is dedicating an exhibition to the machines of the great artist and designer, with over 40 original cartoons published in 'Settebello' at the end of the 1930s and now in the private collection of Bruno Munari's heirs and grandchildren.

Also on display will be all the editions of Le Macchine di Munari from the 1940s to the present day, some of the Macchine Inutili kept at the Corraini Gallery, and the projects of the students of the Design and Arts course at the Politecnico di Milano, who, under the guidance of Beppe Finessi and Stefania di Maria, have created their own fantastic machines based on the design method used by Munari. The exhibition, curated by Stefania di Maria, a researcher and scholar of the relationship between art and design, explores Munari's language and methodology through the machine projects.

The opening of the exhibition is on Thursday, November 28, at 6:30 pm.
