On the occasion of the 10th edition of the CSR and Social Innovation Fair, Professor Mariana Ciancia invites to participate in the panel "Beyond prison: training and reintegration into the world of work" - to be held from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Bocconi University - to discuss the positive role that training and social inclusion processes can have on prisoners.

Indeed, the commitment of businesses and nonprofit organizations to organize training paths to reintegrate people subject to prison sentences into society continues to grow. Experiences made by those working in some prisons show that social inclusion processes, although complex, can have positive spillover effects for inmates, their families, and society as a whole.
